The Jaguars have officially started their offseason programs, beginning the start to the 2025 NFL season. The team also picked up 1st overall pick Travon Walker's 5th-year option on Monday, April 7th, showing the new front office and coaching staff are fully on board with him going forward. Other 1st overall pick Trevor Lawrence stated he will be ready for the 2025 season, recently recovering from surgery on his non-throwing shoulder, an injury he sustained in week 9 against the Eagles.
Lastly, the Jaguars announced the players numbers. Some players' numbers changed such as Gabe Davis, who switched back to 13, as well as former first-round pick Devin Lloyd, who switched back to 0, the number he wore at Utah in college.
